  • Currently, I am running classes in ATP Fitness in Felixstowe and Trimley Welcome Hall. Details of times can be found on the classes page.

  • Classes are available for anyone from the age of 15 upwards.

  • Yes, for all classes based in Felixstowe you can book via the online booking system. This shows upcoming classes so you will be able to book in advance if you would like to.

  • Classes at ATP do not require a mat (as these are provided at the gym). However, please bring a mat with you to any classes at Trimley Welcome Hall.

  • YES!! However, if you are pregnant, please do let me know before coming, as I can then modify the class to meet your needs based on the trimester. It is generally advised that you wait 6 weeks before exercising after giving birth, so please do speak to a medical professional before attending any classes to ensure all is okay to do so :) Again please do let me know if you are post-natal as some exercises will need to be modified.
